Frequently Asked Questions
Does JRR provide engineered finish grading?
JRR provides only the grading and surface-preparation scope defined in its estimate. Required engineering, surveying, compaction testing, drainage design and official approvals remain separate unless specifically documented.
Can you remove excess dirt?
Dirt removal can be estimated after evaluating volume, material condition, equipment access, loading, haul route and approved disposal destination.
Can site preparation begin before permits?
The property owner must confirm and obtain required approvals before work. JRR does not guarantee that a project is permit-exempt.
How does a Land Clearing Rangers estimate work?
JRR reviews the property, intended scope, vegetation, trees and stumps, access, ground conditions, equipment needs, hauling, urgency and owner-confirmed approvals before providing an estimate. Every job is unique.
Are permits included?
No. The property owner is responsible for determining and obtaining required permits, surveys and official approvals. JRR can provide information about its proposed work and equipment.
Do you handle hazardous or regulated material found on a site?
No. JRR does not accept, load, transport or dispose of hazardous or regulated waste. Work pauses when unidentified or prohibited material affects the approved scope.
Is emergency tree work available after normal hours?
After-hours emergency tree appointments are available based on crew, equipment, access and site conditions. JRR does not promise automatic 24/7 dispatch.
